10 minutes walk from metro line 13 or 5 minutes by bus (3 stops)
The flat is close to a supermarket.

It contains 3 individual rooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, 1 kitchen, and a livingroom with TV, music player.

The room available is 12 square meter, with furniture (brand new bed, table and shelves).

We are 2 flatmates, serious, both working in Paris at a post graduate level.
Looking for a serious, calm and friendly flatmate. English or spanish nationality prefered but not exclusive.
