Looking for long term room from early January 2010

Hey there, my name is Lindsay, i'm a 22 year old Aussie guy currently living in London, England.
In early January 2010 ill be heading to Vancouver where i am planning on staying to work for at least a year. I am looking for any sort of room in any sort of flat or house ranging from $700 downwards per month. I would prefer somewhere close to the city, but will consider anything! Im an easy going guy, like to have fun and very friendly. I wont have any furniture to bring with me, so a furnished room is preferable. I have previous rental refferences that can be shown if necessary.
