Room in Playa del Inglés - San Fernando - €300 (Monthly)

Are you looking for a cheap room for your holiday or the wintertime?

We, my girlfrind and I have two rooms for rent. The rooms are in good condition and just refurbished. Every room contains a double bed (also divided into two single possible), nightstands and a big closet.

Our single family house is located super central between most popular touristic cities Maspalomas and Playa del Inglés. Whereas in San Fernando there are the cheapest shopping oportunities. What protects your wallet ;) It takes 3 minutes by car to get to the beach of Playa del Inglés and to the shopping centers and clubs Kasbah and Yumbo its not farther also. Bus connections in direction of Puerto Rico and Las Palmas and plenty of taxis are very close.

The air conditioned house is divided intothe living area on the first floor and sleeping area on the second. In the Lliving room there are : 40" full HD sat Tv, Internet (W-Lan)a Blue-Ray Player, a Wii and a Playstation3.We have a washing mashine with a dryer on our sunny trrace.The kitchen is very well equipped ( microwave, oven, refridgerator, etc.) In adition to that we have a bathroom, a guest WC and a rentable underground parking space.
