I am Spanish and I am looking for a room in Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg or Kreuzberg) from january to june (not included). I can pay 250 euro as maximum. The most important thing for me is the people living in the appartment: young people between 25 and 40, mix appartment males and females,non smokers, pets is not a problem...
