Fully Furnished EnSuite Room to let- Females only - aed3.000 (Monthly)

I have two fully furnished en-suite double bedrooms for rent in a four bedroom brand new villa in Mirdiff. One person per room.

The villa is fully furnished as follows:
-Swing, Shisha & BBQ in the backyard
-Kitchen appliances including lovely oven, water cooler (drinking water included), washer/dryer, microwave,...breakfast counter & stools
-Living room has a huge flatscreen tv, satellite, nintendo wii
-Wireless internet throughout the villa
-Bedroom has a large bed, fitted wardrobes (also huge) and any other furniture can be added if needed. Bed linenn and towels are provided.
-Bathroom has shower, basin and toilet with room for storage/laundry baskets.

Uptown mirdiff is less a minute away (walking) and has fitness first gym and Spinneys for groceries as well as an array of eating options and services (ATM, Etisalat machine,...).

Parking space is available at the front of the villa.

In the villa we are currently 2 female executives and it is a very relaxed, we are not loud at all and work/travel lots.

Looking for executive females mid 20's to mid 30's to share home with.
