We have a lovely little one bedroom apartment (approx 55 sqm) with a balcony overlooking the Leonberg park and lake area. Very peaceful, fitness studio just across the road and shopping mall+supermarket within 7-8 minutes walk. We also have a little bus stop right in front of the door, and the s-bahn (street train) is only a short ride away. It takes exactly 25 minutes on the train to the heart of Stuttgart. We need someone to rent the place starting 1st September as we will be moving away. The apartment itself is new, bright and simple, and we are hoping to be able to sell our kitchen (a small IKEA Stainless steel one, in black and white) to the next occupant as it fits so beautifully in the space (so no hassles about needing to get a new one!). The bathroom is fitted out with nice white tiles (so nothing ghastly like in some of the older apartments), and the place is ideal for a single occupant or a couple. There will also (obviously) be no real estate fees involved as we will deal directly with the rental company. The apartment costs approximately 605 euros (warm)- which means that this is the price including the 430 euro 'cold' rent, 35 euro garage and 140 euro 'neben kosten' or side costs.
