The flat is just vacant last Month because my last tenant has just completed his Term and his contract has been Terminated.I was in Geneva to refund his deposit payment to him after i have check all the my furniture and equipments and it was the same way i left them to him.So everything is in good condition and i will be glad if we could meet for you to see it with your naked eyes before you finalise your decision.
