I'm an italian student actually in Erasmus in Paris. I'll stay also for the next year Sep 08/ Jul 09 so I'm looking for one or two erasmus student (male or female) for sharing an apt. The apt is 45m2, one room (mine), another very big room (used as duplex), kitchen and bathroom. I want to rent the big room to 2 people for 900 Euros (450 per person) ALL CHARGES INCLUDED. Apt is situated in the 13th arrondissement near place d'Italie and olympiades metro stops(lines 5,6,7, 14). I'm looking for funny people who likes Erasmus way of living (you'll discover how funny is).
Je suis un etudiant italien actuellement Erasmus a paris. Je resterai ici aussi l'année prochaine de Septembre 08 jusqu'à Juin 09 et je cherche deux etudiants erasmus (femmes ou garçons) pour sous louer une partie de l'appartement ou je vis maintenant. C'est un apt de 45m2, une chambre (la mienne), un salon tres grand à utiliser comme duplex, une salle de bain, la cuisinem une petite entrée. Le prix c'est de 900 Euros (450 par personne) pour le salon entier TOUTES CHARGES INCLUSES. Quand meme vous pouvez vous proposer tous seuls et après on peut decider ensemble l'autre colocataire. L'appartement se trouve près des arrets de metro de Place d'italie et Olympiades (lignes 5,6,7,14) dans le 13eme arrondissement. L'idée s'et de récreer une ambience multiculturelle pour profiter vraiment d'une année de vie en Erasmus dans un ville fantastique comme paris.
