We offer studio rooms in the center of Vienna, near the opera house and the famous Ringstraße.

The apartment (and the house) has just been renovated, with new double glazing windows, wood floors, new equiped kitchen, 2 toilets etc, laundry room and a seperated drying room.

Rooms are nicely and comfortable furnished, with Swedish boxsprings beds for restful nights.

Each room has its own Welness shower, with rain and massage water jets, a sink, a digital tv, sofa with table and a closet.

The location is very quiet, the U4 Kettenbrückengasse and the Naschmarkt are around the corner, the old city (opera house) and Mariahilferstrasse are within a short walking distance.

Price includes:

twice a week cleaning service of the room and the whole apartment. Changing of bed linen and towels weekly.

Free use of the laundry facilities in the apartment (washing machine and a dryer, ironing facilities, drying room).

Broadband internet via cable or wireless.

Telephone connection.

Digital tv.

24/7 central heating, water, electricity, taxes and all other expenses.
