We are an easygoing and widely travelled couple (male, 28; female 22) and love to host people from all over the world. We rent one room of our cozy flat, that is only 10 minutes away from the main stations Hauptbahnhof and Zoologischer Garten. Also it only takes 15 minutes to the airport with the bus TXL.
There are day and night a couple of public transport lines available within reach as well as numerous supermarkets, some of them are open until midnight.
The room is around 29qm, equipped with a double bed, desk, large couch, a wardrobe and a desktop PC with Internet (you also got WiFi if you want to). Towels, bedding, washing machine and the final cleaning up are included in the price, of course you ll get your own keys to the apartment. The rent and a deposit of 50 € (depending on the length of your stay it might be more!) has to be paid in cash when moving in.

Prices are as follows
- 17 €/night/1 person or 30 €/night/2 people
- 90 €/week/person or 160 €/week/2 people
We prefer short term rent (up to 4 weeks), however, exceptions are possible.
Je parle aussi francais. Hablo espanol tambien. Und wir sprechen natürlich Deutsch :)
