Hello...

This is a lovely room, for 1 person, available in a very centrally located, homely, 2 bedroom flat in Newington.

- The room has a large double bed, wooden floor, wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers, desk, book shelf, TV, great view of Arthur's Seat from the window... also it's at the back of the building so it is very quiet.

- The livingroom is very large and has a tv, dvd, sofas, dining table, piano...

- The kitchen has microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, cooker, lots of kitchen things...

Oh yeah, flat is on the top floor- handy for moving in, haha. Full gas central heating and secondary glazing throughout.

Sharing with 1 other person (me!). I'm a photographer & professional musician (I never practice in the flat) originally from the Highlands. Easy going, considerate & friendly. I enjoy cinema, wine, live music. I like to share the occasional bottle of wine/movie with a flatmate so not looking for someone who never leaves their room :P

Rent is £300 + CT + bills...

The room is available from 1st November. I am flexible with the amount of months it is being rented for, but would probably prefer 6 months lease. Sorry, no couples and students would have to pay a share of council tax.
