Place:
Studio to share in the Discovery Gardens. Near Ibn Battuta Mall. Small and cozy, clean and simple basic furniture (hotel-style).

You:
Bachelor or bachelorette, non-smoker (a must), hygienic, and cleanliness is your first priority. (Honestly, if that's not you, stay away!)

Me:
Bachelor from Jordan, 27 y. o., PR manager, mostly traveling, non-smoker.

Note:
1.Additional charges for home help (cleaning the studio once/ twice a week + cleaning products), water, electricity, and internet.
2. Use of LPG gas cylinders is prohibited.
3. No pets
4. One month notice (one month payment is required)
5. AED 1000 safety deposit.

Payment:
Monthly
