I HAVE A FULLY FURNISHED ROOM FOR A LADY for 300 EURO

Hi,

I am a single, young, working Turkish women. I have a fully furnished room to let for a lady in my house. My Flat has a large living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen -fully furnished and equipments-. It is located in European side at Yenikoy which is the most beautiful, elit and the MOST SECURE place to live in Istanbul . My aparment is very close to the public transport and to the Bosphorus (at most 50 mt to the main street of Yenikoy and to the sea ) it is also very near to Bogazici University and Istanbul Technical University). Transportation is very easy and comfortable to other places. You can reach Taksim Besiktas Sisli or any other central places by just one bus or minibus with in 20-30 minutes.

You can use the house as it is your own house. I am looking for clean, tidy and calm people . I am an easygoing person. My offer is 300 euro for month including bills (such as heating, electricity, water, internet, cable tv)
