Double big bedroom (13 m2) for 2 persons available

Double small bedroom (7 m2) for 1 or 2 person available

Nice flat, with equipped big kitchen, clean bathroom with small tub, sink and toilet, washing machine free of use, 24/7 WIFI, both rooms have sheets/blankets and towels. Big double room has direct access to sunny and green balcony with table and 2 chairs.

You will share kitchen and bathroom with me, educated women of 35 years and my 2 lovely cats. House is clean and taken care off! NOT a typical student house! I had many guests before, are able to help you and give you tourist information. There is no shared living room, so when you would like more space: book the big double room.

Prices:

49 euros for 2 people for small double bedroom
59euros for 2 people for big double bedroom
29 euros for 1 person using small double bedroom
39 euro for 1 person using bog double bedroom

You will always be the only one(s) renting a room, I never take rent out more then 1 room at a time.

Min. stay 2 people = 4 nights
Min. stay 1 person = 5 nights

25% deposit to be paid up front is obligated

You get your own set of keys and can come in/out whenever you want. Wine and water always there at arrival.

Do not want drugs/wild party people/drunk/dirty people.

Location = perfect: 15 min. walk to Placa Catalunya or 3 metro stops. Our metro stop = Rocafort. Shops/restaurants/bars etc all very close by.
