I am renting a large room around the corner of the Sagrada Familia. The room is exterior and has a window with street view. It has been completely redone recently, like the rest of the 80m2 apartment. It is available per 1 November 2009 for a non-smoking female student or young working female. The rent per month is 425 euros and this includes all bills (including wifi).
