Hi! I have 2 rooms for rent on a student's apartment. One room is single and the other one is double. The price is 325 € + bills for the double room and 275 € + bills for the single one.

The apartment is in Horta- Guinardó, 5 minutes far from the metro station Maragall ( lines 4 and 5)
