This apartment is in the area of Poble Nou which is located next to the Vila Olimpica and was for many decades the working & industrial centre of Barcelona. Nowadays the factories are transformed into workshops of artists, residences, bars & restaurants.
It turned into a residential area by the time of the Olympic Games, and the neighbourhood now mixes old Spanish charm with great new developments such as the Forum Music Venue.
The location to the beach is just 10 minutes walking to one of the cleanest beaches called ¨Bogatell¨, the location for accessing the city centre is easy with frequent public transport which will take you either into the Barri Gotic, Plaça Cataluna or other points of interest within only a few minutes on the metro.
