(when you rent a room with me, you´ll be the only one renting! I do not rent to several people at the same time, so you´ll have loads of privacy!)
Big flat, with equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, second separate toilet, washing machine free of use, 24/7 WIFI, rooms can be locked, both rooms have sheets/blankets and towels. BIG community terrace (40 m2) can be used!
You will share kitchen and bathrooms with me, educated women of 35 years and my lovely cat. House is clean and taken care off! NOT a typical student house! I had many guests before, are able to help you and give you tourist information. I have my own private living room and terrace, not to be shared!
Basis prices 55 euro per night (min, stay 4 nights) for 2 people, or 35 euro per night for one person only (single room). Max. stay = 30 nights. ONLY discounts possible when you stay use both rooms or when you stay 6 nights or more!
Do not want drugs/wild party people/drunk/dirty people but normal, warm and friendly people like me. You will feel at home!
