Very suitable for summer or winter holidays and as the pool is linked to the garden, it is very handy for families with children as well.

The house is equipped with all luxury and has 4 large terraces of which one is totally covered and one has a stone barbeque. A large lounge with chimney, a half open kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house is equipped for a maximum of 6 people. The furniture is very comfortable and of good quality.
Due to the location it is very suitable for as well summer as wintertime.

Within walking distance you will find bars, restaurants, shops and within 5 minutes you will walk along the ocean boulevard of Orihuela Costa. The beautiful cities like Cartagena, Murcia and Alicante you can reach within one hour driving.

High season: July, August, Christmas, Easter: € 85 per day (minimum 7 days)

Mid season: April, May, June, September: € 50 per day (minimum 7 days)

Low season: January, February, March, October, November, December: € 40 per day (minimum 7 days)

End cleaning: € 70
