French student looking for a Furnished Flat

Hello,
My name is Elodie, I'm a french student coming soon to pretoria to study a master.
I'm looking for a furnished flat located near Hatfield or the university.
The rent of the flat shouldn't be more than 4 000 rands per month.
I will arrived at the end of January 2010 and leave in december 2010.
I have also a very nice cat, which's coming with me.
He is very clean and likes cuddle!!
So if you have any offers, I will be happy to receive it.
Also pictures of the flat will be better.
