RoomMate - sr700 (Monthly)

I need a guy roommate to live with me for 6 months ONLY. The price for six moths is 4200 S.R plus the electricity bills. The apartment in in the Malaz area beside to old malaz market for women clothes, and in front of Almotanabi park. Its 2 rooms (almost identical) with a living room and 2 bath rooms (We will share the master bath room because the other is for laundry), carpets, central A.C, small kitchen. You room have only the closet. and you must bring your own furniture. I can share you the only the fridge. If you want to use my TV you are welcome but NO porno and No sports at all and NO T.V after midnight. Your friends are welcome but they can't sleep in the apartment, and NO girls visits at all. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE APARTMENT EVEN IN YOU ROOM. By the way I can share the internet connection for free, but its a bit slow since I'm heavy downloader. I have washing machine and we can share it. You only need to bring a table and you bed and your personal things. We will bring some guy to clean the apartment every 2 weeks and that will cost 25 S.R for each of use every visit. The apartment is great and in very attractive price, the neighborhood have all the services....many restaurants, dry clean, supermarkets, barber, hospital. There is a place to run beside the building with no hassle at all, and the building guard can clean your car daily for only 50 S.R per month.
Again its only for 6 months, but if you was a great guy we may become friends and extended that for beyond of that.
I prefers English speakers........but any nationality is welcome.

By the way you can move in starting from: May 25 2009, and you must pay the 6 month as one payment.....and after that in case you didn't like the apartment I can't return you your money and you can't bring some body else to continue in your place.
