Hi, I have an apt for rent in central Moscow, metro Krasnye Vorota or Komsomolskaya. Stalin-era building, 8th floor, balcony, washing machine, refrigerator and some furniture. Light renovation has been done, but not "evroremont". Steps from Sadovoe Koltso (Garden Ring), a metro station and supermarkets, and a walking distance from Chistye prudy neighborhood. There is a swimming pool in Hilton hotel next door that my previous tenants were using and were quite happy with it. Directly from owner so no commission but I do ask for a security deposit (1,5 months' rent) that will be returned to you at the end of your stay. Rent is 40 000 Rubles plus bills. Available immediately till March or April 2012 - that's when I'm planning a complete renovation but stay beyond that date is negotiable.
