hi! im rosa, im 23 years old and im a student..
Im looking for a foreign woman roommate to share my place with, the apartment is in the corner of Avenida Clouthier y Avenida Guadalupe, 10 min away from de Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara, 25 min. away from ITESO and 30 min. away from the ITESM and downtown Guadalajara. Is in a great zone cus the building is quiet, but is near from most of the cool things of Guadalajara and Zapopan, all of the malls are 15 min away, the bars and the night clubs too. You will have your own room but we will share the bathroom. The entire apartment is furnished(the room has bed(wiht sheets and cover), closet, table and drawers); living room, dining room, kitchen (that has everything), TV with DVD and the rooms have everything too. also the Laundy service. The rent of 400 dolars includes securuty, the electricity, the internet, the cable, house keeping, and the gas, there’s a phone too.. The food is not included; u will have to buy the food that you prefer. The groceries store is 5 min (two blocks) away from the apartment.im studyng in the ITESO.
