Hola me llamo Carlos. Estoy buscando 1 roommate, alguien limpio, ordenado y además que busque vivir en un lugar tranquilo. El cuarto está amueblado y tiene un closet grande.
La renta incluye todos los servcios, internet, agua, secadora y lavadora, luz y seguridad (estacionamiento privado en el coto) Tambien telefono para hacer llamada locales. Sólo el gas nos lo dividimos, son aproximadamente 300 pesos cada 2 a 3 meses.

Listo para cambiarte solo con tus cosas.

Si eres estudiante de intercambio, es una buena oportunidad para aprender el idioma.

La casa está en Av.Guadalupe, muy cerca de galerias y a dos cuadras de periférico. Con salida al tec, iteso, tec milenio, UVM etc. Es una excelente ubicación para estudiantes. Las parada de autobus están muy cerca del condo, por lo que es facil tener acceso al servicio.

All the services are included ( wi-fi,laundry, phone (local calls only), water , energy and security in the condo. *Gas would to be split btw all the roommates or the 3 people living here. (we're currently 2) ($300 every 2 and a half months for person in average).

The house is fully funished and it is located on a excellent street for students (AV.GPE AND PERIFERICO). Take a look at my advertisement ,it's opened to exchange students which is a great oportunity to improve your spanish in a local environment .

Das Haus ist komplett möbliert. Die Lage ist hervorragend für Studenten, weil alle Universitäten der Stadt leicht zu erreichen sind.

Der große Vorteil in diesem Haus ist, dass du mit 2 Mexikanern wohnst und auch ständig mexikanische Freunde zu Besuch
