Hey...looking for flatmates

I'm working in an israeli company based in Malta. I came to malta 6 months ago and decided to take an appartment on my own, but i realised i was just wasting money for nothing. I am actually looking desperately for a flat mate in the area of St Julians.. preferably non-smokers (no smoking in the house)... my budget is 350 euros max...

About me: well i'm a very outgoing person, shy at first but after a few hours i'm very open... very clean person (and would expect the same from my flatmate), responsible and mature but i do like to let go during the weekend (clubs and stuff)..i do not mind animals as long as the appartment stays clean.. i speak french, english and hebrew...i'm not a noisy person, though i love listening to music...and basically thats it...i would be the best flatmate you could have :)
