Hello~ My house is located near Sprachcaffe, EC school, Clubclass, Paceville. It take about 10minutes on foot. Our house have a kitchen, 5 room, 2 bathroom, and electric home appliances. wifi is available. There are 5korean,1french, 1spanish now. But We will leave on the beginning of Dec exept from 2 students. My room is double room. So If you want to share with someone, you pay just 60 €. Deposit is 105 € . If you have someone to share room it is half, also. Tax is 50-70 €. I live with flatmate now. she leave on 22th of Nov. and I leave on 5th of Dec. So you can come from 22th of Nov.
