Grande Chambre en colocation en centre ville EUR 615/mois - €615 (Monthly)

HI Everyone,

We are for the time being 3 persons sharing a big and pleasant house very well located, 4 min walking from Hamilius station, 1 min from "The Glacis", the street is also very calm.
A very spacious kitchen and big washroom are shared by 2 of the flatmates. There is also a small garden that can be used for bbq among other things. There is as well a lounge with TV and cable. WIFI within the house, washing and dishing machine.
We are looking for a fourth flatmate for the remaining room, which is on the first floor and is the biggest of the house. We are much more inclined to have someone for at least 6 months, under a CDD or CDI contract and who is not francophone. We are all french and had been living for a few years abroad, we would like then to keep a sort of international environment.
