rooms to share in a traditionnal house near shinjuku - ¥85,000 (Monthly)

I am a French girl living in Japan since 2001 in a traditional Japanese house and like to share it with visitors from abroad,
I have 2 rooms to share monthly from mid september. !

The concept is sharing so you are welcome to feel confortable everywhere in the house and to use towels and sheets and everything you need to cook and eat.
There is internet connections wireless too,
You can see photos on a one page blog where there is also a video of the house: the rooms are the little one downstairs and the one upstairs.Since the video was taken the walls have been repaint and the tatami changed;
It is a very nice house to live in and the neighbourhood is also very nice, however one should be aware it is old so it means rustic!

Now the prices :
- the little room for one person is 75 000 yens per month 30 000 yens per week if available
- the big room also for one person is 95 000 yens per month or 42 per week and (53 per week if if 2 people)

I have a cat Suna chan who loves to be caressed so please be careful if you re allergic to hair cat.

This means also that you will be most of the time having the house for yourself and another person max as I should be there mostly on week ends;
it is quiet a big one for Tokyo; I would say 150 m2 maybe without the space garden so we can be confortable even at 2 or 3.
