This highly panoramic partly restored large traditional Umbrian stone house is situated on a scenic site with unique stunning open views over the Church of Saint Francis and the Assisi - Santa Maria valley. The building totaling approx. 950 sqm was partly restored and offers a habitable apartment on the first floor. Part of the restoration was carried out recovering the old building materials (wood beams, cotto tiles, stones), some rooms were refurbished using non traditional finish material and fittings and would benefit from some interior decoration improvements. The unrestored part of the building features many original details (wood beams, terracotta tiled ceiling and floors, vaulted ceilings, fireplace ..), that could be recovered through a conservative restoration project. 2 stone wells one inside the house and one in the garden add to the character of the property.
