Doube bed in single room - €500 (monthly)

I am renting out my room from the 1st of July 2008.
It is a very large room with a double bed, 3 cupboards, a large desk and a bedside table.The furniture has been bought a year ago, so everything is praticaly new.
The room has a fire place and a fan as well.
It is very centrally situated on the main street of Corso Buenos Aires.
The metro station Porta Venezia is under the house.
There are two tram stops 5 mins and 2 mins walking distance as well as a taxi stand.
The room has a smal balcony overlooking Corso Buenos Aires with a beautiful view.
The flat has a big kitchen and one bathroom.
There are three other rooms in the house.The flat is on the 4th floor and the bulding has an elevator as well as a concierge.
I need someone with a codice fiscale or someone who will get one on arriving in Milano.
It is 500 per month + bills and wireless internet is also installed which is 15 euro a month.
