I'm looking for someone (MALE) to share my flat for short periods.
The position of the building is very good. It's in Prati, 5 minutes walk from St.Peter's Square and 10 from the city center. Very good connections (the nearest underground station is 100 meters far). In the area there are many shops, restaurant, pubs, cinemas, a gym and a very nice jazz club.
The apartment is about 60 Sqm, with two bathrooms (one for each person!). You can use whatever you want: kitchen, washing machine, air conditioned, TV, PC, iron, hair dryer, etc. I'll provide sheets & towels.
Notice that you are going to sleep on a sofa bed (110x190) but, trust me, it's very confortable.
There price includes all the costs and a cleaning service twice a week. You singleroom is very sunny and quiet.
I'm a 40 y/o lawyer, male, etero, no smoking, easy going, frequently out of the flat (and out of Rome). I expect that my flatmate never smokes inside the flat (but he can on the balcony).
