Double room for rent Milan centre to referenced professional - €500 (Monthly)

I have a large double room to rent from straight away in a very centrally located area to a 30+ professional (no students). My little four-year-old boy and I live in the apartment and each has their own room. It is a fully functional flat in a nice 1926 building.The flat is on the 60,61,62, 92 bus routes and it is 10 mins to the nearest MM stop and passante (inter-urban rail link). It's only 20 minutes to the Duomo, universities and polytechnic walking from here.There is the choice of three supermarkets, all walking distance, bars, convenience shops, chemists etc. The rent is €500 pm payable two months in advance each time so no deposit.
