hello,
i'm searching for a new flatmate. The apartement is a renovated basement, 20 min walking from O'connel street and 10 min from Fairview.
The flat is spacious, The room to rent is the bigger one. It's furnished with a double bed, a large cupboard and a door with an acces to a terrace.
The rent is 500 euros per month + bioll to share ( around 50 euros per months).
The room is avalaible the 6th of october.
