There are more typical retro style objects from the period of communism in the kitchen, rooms: the microwave oven is from the USSR from 80', the record player and radio are originally from the '60 years etc., the sewing-machine is a hundred years old Singer and working!

Our 2-rooms apartment is located on the 4th floor in a hundred years old classical style building.
There is a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a fold-out sofa. The apartment is comfortable for 4 persons.
The warmly decorated living room offer a sitting area with cable TV, wardrobe and bookshelf with foreign-language books. The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, gas oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, coocing utensils, diner corner for 4 persons.
The bathroom has a bath tub with shower, washing machine also. The toilet is located in a separated room from the bathroom.
The walls are colorful, with wallpaper, the floor is parquet and tile. The heating (gas) is with individual regulator.

Location:
The Red Poppy Apartment is located in the 8th district, in Orczy street, ca. 12-15 minutes from the Danube river-pedestrian area (Vaci street, Deak square) by bus. The nearest tram and bus stops are only 2 minutes by walk from the apartment: bus nr. 9 get directly to the Astoria (M2) and Deak square (M1, M2, M3) in 12-14 minutes, by the tram nr. 24 is 4 stops the Keleti international railway station (M2), by the tram nr. 28 is only 4 stops the Blaha square (M2).

The nearest supermarket is front of the apartment's building, the nearest shopping center is Arena Plaza at the Keleti (M2).
