tin hau big room (one MTR stop next to causeway bay)

--a very big room (appx 150 sqft) to rent. we are friendly people, one singapore guy, and one hong kong girl, both young professinal.

--the flat is fully furnished. your room has one queen size bed and big closet. your room can also see a little bit of the harbour , and FIREWORK on the special day.

--there is only 5mins walk to MTR(Tin Hau), and 10mins walk to causeway bay.

--if you like to do some sport, victorial park- swimming pool, tennis court etc. are just at the opposite.

--supermarket, shops, restaurants, everything is in the neighbourhood

--internet is provided.

--bills are excluded from the rent. (we share the bill, appx $350 per month, if summer time, the bills will be higher)

-- people have MANY girlfriends, and boyfriends (e.g. bring different women /men from wan chai every night) is not suitable for this flat.

- room is avilable in the 13th AUG
- rent - $4500 a month
