Looking for a flatmate!!! - €150 (Monthly)

Since my ex-flatmate left some days ago I'm looking for a new flatmate.
I'm living in a small flat (about 40 squared metres) with two rooms, kitchen, bathroom and a small backyard. Both rooms are big. Yours has a double bed and a cupboard.
The flat is in a very relax and safe area, right behind the university. The centre of the city is ten minutes away by walk. There are also buses.
