The apartment has 4 separate rooms. 3 are rented and one is a meeting point for all tennants with TV, big dining table etc. All rooms are fully equipped with beds, desks, sofa or armchair, towels, duvets etc. The kitchen has cooker, washing machine, freezer, iron, plates etc. Of course there is internet and a telephone where you can receive calls as well.
The rent is 270 Euro plus 50 Euro expenses like central heating, electricity, water, internet etc.
