A room is available in my very nice flat (photos available).
There are mattresses, a desk, and closets.

You'll also have access to :
- large living and dining room
- kitchen
- big terrace, part open and part veranda
- high-speed internet and telephone
- washing machine
- bathroom

It is very close to Exarchia, a very lively and underground neighborhood, while still in a quiet spot, on the side of Lykavitou hill.

Its at about equal distance of metro stations Panepistimiou, Omonia and Victoria and Ampelokipi.

I am French and also speak English, Spanish and am learning Greek.

Everything is included in the 380 € monthly (electricity, internet, heating, water, etc)
