It is a fully rennovated luxurious 130 sq meter top floor flat in a old and classy apartment building, also fully rennovated, in the upper and best section of Kypseli, just 2 blocks from one of the biggest pedestrian zones in Athens and very close to the center with excellent transport connections. Sharing kitchen and bathroom.
The room has a loft-type queen-size bed (linen included), a desk and a (huge) built-in wardrobe/closet. There is wireless internet, washer/dryer, coffee machine,-basically everything one might need. The flat has double glazing, A/C, solar boiler and a high security door. The building is semi-detached and the room has its own private little balcony over the side yard.
Price includes everything, there will be no extra expenses whatsoever. Female students preferred (they usually are more careful with the room! :-) ) Couples are also welcome for 50 Euros more (370/month)
