Sunny room with balcony for 1-2 people in the city centre - €14 (Daily/Nightly)

I am an easygoing and widely travelled young woman (23) and love to host people from all over the world. I got a sunny, fully furnished room to rent in my colorful flat, that is only 10 minutes away from the city centers Hauptbahnhof and Zoologischer Garten. With the TXL it only takes 15 minutes to the airport.

There are day and night a couple of public transport lines available within walking distance as well as numerous supermarkets (some of them are open until midnight), small shops and internet cafes. Also the Tiergarten and the Spree are very close by for taking a walk/running.

The room is equipped with a double loft bed, a desk, a couch and a wardrobe. Internet is available. Furthermore it has a balcony - only there smoking is allowed! Towels, bedding and the final cleaning up are included in the price, you may use the kitchen for cooking etc. Of course you ll get your own keys to the apartment. The rent and a deposit of 100 € will have to be paid in cash when moving in.

Prices are as follows:
- 14 €/night/1 person or 23 €/night/2 people
- 72 €/1 week/person or 126 €/1 week/2 people (1 week = 6 nights)

I prefer short term rent (up to 4 weeks), however, exceptions are possible.
