Cosy,clean,full-furnished room in Schöneberg - €420 (Monthly)

Hi, I am travelling for 2 months and looking for reliabel and clean female traveler / berlin visitor for my room in a flat-share Time frame: December 2009 to January 2010 (or only JAN). My flatmate is from Canada, 26 year old easy-going and friendly female. In case, you would share the appartment with her. I look for a person I can trust and leave my belongings behind. Somebody who needs his space and is cool with not bein a party-animal and having wild partys in my flat. Of course, you can have quests and you should feel confortable and "homy" but with respect to privay. Berlin is a lot of fun everywhere in the city. re you a smoker (cigarettes) no problem, please only in the kitchen. A deposit is requiered.

A few key facts to my place.
- 2 bedroom flat in west germany, Schöneberg, near to Akazienstr. / Goltzstr. a very lively area with nice cafes and bars, near to U-Bahn Eisenacherstr. (1 min.)
- near by: grocery shops, fashion, flea ans art markets, a few parks and very nice Berlin buildings, very central, popular neighbourhood
- typical old berlin house, with high ceilings and ornaments and honey-like-wooden floors,
- The room available would be aroud 18 qm, with bed, wardrobe etc.
- big modern kitchen, which is like a living room and its used together
- rent is 450 € negotiable if everythingelse fits:)
- Internet, w-lan, energy and any other costs including in the rent: 420,00 Euros.
