i am offering a student a room for 145 euro including electricity per month. my town is 62 miles / 100km from münich. the room has a bed, desk and a cupboard. everything else must be shared eg, kitchen, lounge. internet is available and will cost 15 euro per month.
I am a smoker and have two kids aged 2 and 5. From september both will be the whole day at kindergarten.
