Do you need a nice room for some days or several weeks (free from 28th July) and want to share my apartment (80 sq m) with me???:
I´m an actor (36 years), singer and i like to dance Tango and Swing.

view on a park on the backside and wide city view up to Metzer Straße and Alexander Platz in the front
- First room: about 15 sq m furnished like you see on the first photo below (bed = 2 x 1,4 m), wireless DSL flat internet, bed sheets included, own key for room (+ flat + house) to feel free
- second room about 24 sq: TV, Video, stereo, piano, limited cable television (30 channels including CNN and BBC International), wireless DSL flat internet, bed sheets included, own key for room (+ flat + house) to feel free
- kitchen: fully equiped with cooking facilities, water filter provides delicious water
- bathroom: bathtub and washing machine, towels provided
Including all the charges i will take
- for one person per day 25,- Euro (and for two 50,- Euro); cleaning fee: 20,- Euro x 1
- for a whole month i will take 400,- Euro (cleaning fee per week 10 Euro).
The rooms will be free from 28th July 2008.
