Room to rent in a newly-renovated, fully-furnished flat in the center of Cologne. Nice quiet and green area just 2 min on foot from the University, the Ringe, between Zülpicherplatz and Rudolfplatz.
Flat is circa 70 sqm, has 2 rooms, kitchen, living room, and bathroom (with tub). Broadband internet and calls (to landlines within Germany) are included, as well as kitchenware and furniture. You'd have your own bedroom and share common spaces with a 25 y.o. female. You preferably work (rather than study) and do not smoke (at least inside). From september.
Rent is 520 euro / month (all inclusive). Deposit 800 euro.
