I am a 43 years-old divorced working woman, living with my 5 years-old son in a nice apartment located in Marseilles, south of France, at the 5th floor of a closed residence.

I am looking to rent a room to an English speaking (mother tongue) tenant at a reasonnable price in exchange of a few hours of English conversation.

All utilities are available in the flat, to share with the owner (kitchen, washing machine, dish-washing, bathroom). The price includes water, electricity, etc...
