This lovely vacation apartment is in the charming old town of Beaucaire. Its large private terrace faces the River Rhône, across the river from the town of Tarascon in Provence. The handsome stone building was originally a rich merchant's mansion, named Hôtel du Luxembourg. Beautifully decorated with original art, the 3 bedrooms, large terrace, fully fitted kitchen/dining area (renovated in January 2009), 1.5 bath (also renovated in January 2009) and home office with ADSL broadband Internet, WI-FI and computer and Satellite TV (English-Language Television from the UK and US) is an ideal place for a week or longer in the south of France. Situated in the center of the Golden Triangle of Nîmes, Avignon and Arles, the ancient town of Beaucaire provides the perfect base for exploring Provence and the Camargue. It's a wonderful place for family and friends to enjoy a historic Provence setting combined with the comforts of home! Low season as low as €65 per night (for 1 week).
