Hallo, ich heisse Sophie und wohne mit meiner Familie in einer kleine Stadt neben Paris.Unser Haus ist sehr gross und wir vermieten ein Zimmer (16m²) ab 1. November. 2009. Dieses ist natürlich möbliert (Büro, Bett, Schrank,Sofa, Fernsehen, Internetzugang, kostenlos Telefonzugang (international Festnetz)). Wir wohnen neben den Bahnhof Drancy, und sind 20 Minuten des Zentrum von Paris(Chatêlet les Halles) mit der S-Bahn.Wir suchen Studenten, die seriös unhabhängig und angenhem sind. Hello,

My name is Sophie and i'm living with my family in one little city near Paris. We rent a beautiful and luminous room (16m²) from first November 2009.
We are looking for rather a student (male or female) who is serious, discreet and independent and who want to live untill one year in France.
The room is naturally furnished( TV, Bed, office...) and allow an access to internet (wifi-access) and free international phone (on home phone only).
The price (450 euros) include water and electricity (within the limits of the raisonnable). We lend towels,sheets... and you can access to the washing machine and ironing table.
We are living in a quiet district near the station Drancy-RER (10mn on foot) and then 20mn from Chatelet les Halles( center of Paris) with RER.
