This 50m² (approx. 535 sq. ft.) furnished apartment is located on the third floor of a 19th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and opens into a corridor which leads to the staircase.
Upon entering the apartment, there is a small entrance which leads to a separate kitchen and a bathroom on the right. The living room and bedroom are accessible from there.
The 25m² (approx. 265 sq. ft.) living room has a parquet floor and two double-glazed windows with curtains that overlook the street .It is furnished with a double-size bed with hidden drawers below, a desk with a chair, three armchairs, some cupboards, some shelves with books and a decorative fireplace. It is also equipped with a cable TV.
The 10m² (approx. 105 sq. ft.) bedroom has a parquet floor and a double-glazed window with curtains that have a view of the courtyard. It is furnished with a single bed with drawers below and a cupboard.
The separate kichen has a window and it is equipped with four electric plates, a microwave, a dishwasher, a traditional oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a kettle and a coffee maker.
The tiled bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, a washbasin and a toilet. In this room, there is also a washer/dryer.
