I am a 23 year old student renting a room in a very spacious appartment.

room is about 22 squaremeter
each room has its own bathroom
huge living room
each room has its own balcony
appartment is fully equipped; only bedlinen have to be brought
TV and DVD are in the appartment
very close to the European University(Cyprus College) and the UNiversity of Nicosia (Intercollege)- room especially suitable for students therefor
room available from 1st of December
social ammenities are within walking distance (bowling, supermarkest e.g Alfamega, kiosks etc)
about 5min drive to the city centre

I am looking for someone about my age (22-28 years) to share my flat with, preferably a female student. I am easy going, outgoing and fun person. Looking for someone not merely to share an appartment with but eventually to become friends with, having a good time together. I enjoy going to the beach, snorkeling, photography, meeting friends to go out and party. Arrangements can be made to view the flat or pics send via email.
