This wonderful and unique villa is situated on the cliff over the sea surounded with beautiful garden. The almost private rocky beach is just 15m far and the pebble beach is reachable with dozen steps.It is located in Stikovica, bay and settlement just 6km far from Dubrovnik.
In Stikovica you will find crystal clean sea, some bar and restaurants, organized excursions to Dubrovnik’s archipelague. You can easily arrive to Dubrovnik without your own car; by public transport or by boat.It is ideal place for those who want combine culture, relax and entertainment.
The apartment is situated on the ground floor and consists of double bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and patio and garden with table and chairs. It can be suitable for two persons or for a couple with child. There is and parking place at the guests desposal.
The amost private rocky beach is just below the house, beautiful pebble beach is just 30m far.
Basic price is for 2 people in the apartment; 3rd person will be charged 15 euro per night
